What exactly do I get when I buy?
Every Mr Mind product is a digital resource — a structured guide, system or set of worksheets you download and keep. There is nothing physical to ship. Once your purchase is confirmed, your files are yours to use on your own devices.
How is my product delivered?
Delivery is instant and electronic. After checkout you’ll receive a download link on the confirmation screen and by email. Save the file somewhere safe once it downloads. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us and we’ll sort it out.
Do I need a special app or subscription?
No. Our products are standard digital files that open on any modern phone, tablet or computer. It’s a one-time purchase — there’s no subscription, no login and no ongoing fee.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, where applicable, include GST. Your payment is processed securely at checkout by our third-party payment provider.
Can I get a refund?
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to do what we said it would, you’re entitled to a remedy.
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, we may not offer change-of-mind refunds once a product has been downloaded, except where the law requires it. If something’s wrong with your purchase, contact us and we’ll make it right. Full detail is in our Terms of Service.

No. Mr Mind products are for general self-development and education only. They are not medical, psychological or professional advice, and they are not a replacement for care from a qualified health professional.
